Questions
How does upside down text work?
There is no "rotate" in Unicode. Each letter is swapped for a character from another alphabet or symbol set that resembles it upside down, such as ɐ for a and ǝ for e, and the order is reversed.
Will it display for everyone?
Most modern phones and computers have fonts for these characters. A few, like the flipped capital letters, can show as boxes on older systems.
Is it accessible?
Screen readers read the substitute characters literally, so flipped text is hard to understand for blind users. Avoid it for anything important.
