Is it fair?
Each line has an equal chance. Picks come from crypto.getRandomValues, the browser's cryptographic random source, not a predictable pattern.
What if a name appears twice?
By default duplicates are merged so each person has one entry. Untick "merge duplicates" to give repeated lines extra chances.
Can I use it for a public giveaway?
Yes, but record your screen while drawing so entrants can see the list and the result, and check your local rules for prize draws.
